Staraya Toropa (Russian: Ста́рая Торо́па) is an urban-type settlement in Zapadnodvinsky District of Tver Oblast, Russia. It is located on the right bank of the Toropa River. Population: 1,995 (2010 census); 2,306 (2002 census); 2,802 (1989 Soviet census).
